Trimbach — Riesling Sélection de Vieilles Vignes — 2020 — 750ml

Pierre Trimbach has rigorously selected two plots of very old Riesling vines in Hunawihr. The marl-limestone soils have enjoyed for decades an unrivaled reputation for producing great Riesling in Alsace. Complex, crystalline, with fine and precise acidity and good length. This wine is rich and fat, but dry, with a beautiful aroma and taste intensity.

Pairings: crudo fishes, shellfish, seafood, fish, white meats, etc.

Ageing potential : 10-15 years.
