The owner's father, Mr.Wang Fengyu, is a famous local wine expert in Ningxia, and it was also under her father's guidance that she decided to return to Ningxia to start her own winemaking career. On the occasion of Lao Wang’s 80th birthday, Fang chose to make her
first 100% Syrah wine in this land of milk and honey, to create a limited edition wine dedicated to her father, in tribute to this land of hope reclaimed by previous generation.

Rich yet very deep nose with lots of dark mineral and asphalt to the concentrated black fruit and some blue fruit. Powerful, full-bodied yet quintessential with an iron fist of tannins snatching up the dark fruit, holding it to a long and tightly knit finish. Ambitious and rightfully.
