Grand Bateau — Grand Bateau Les Voiles, St. Julien (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot) — 2021 — 750ml

65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc

When tasted, aromas of black fruit, cocoa and cigar box emerge. The palate is approachable, with a nice tannic balance. Elegant, tonic, we find the freshness of Cabernet Sauvignon with a beautiful aromatic persistence on the finish.

Ideal with a nice slice of grilled beef, a dish of porcini mushrooms with parsley, a platter of mature cheeses.
