Yalumba — Barossa Bush Vine Greneche — 2023 — 750ml

Deep in colour with a bright garnet hue. This fruit dominant wine opens with lively cherry, raspberry and red forest fruits layered over floral rose notes. Time in the glass reveals intriguing aromas of Mediterranean herbs, nettle and anise. Medium-bodied and juicy with superb balance between fruit and spice offering freshness and softness with an underlying power supported by mouth-coating tannins.

This wine was made to be paired with food. It pairs exceptionally well with a brown mushroom steak drizzled with truffle oil and served over a bed of pesto sauce.
